Integrity

I realize that it is a bit hokey to have a whole section on integrity because...well...I could just as well have no integrity and be lying about it.  On the other hand, if you've come here from my Ebay auctions, you'll note that I have no negative commentary.  That's a whole lot of packages to Australia that arrived.  If that doesn't speak to my integrity, I don't know what does.

Seriously though, my idea of this business is that I make products that look good on your table, will work well in a game, and will not fall apart.  You give me money and I give them to you, and I would never sell you anything that I wouldn't want to use myself.  Furthermore, part of this is art work, so I make sure that the product looks good whether its a five dollar bush or a two hundred dollar ice world.  Ask any of my customers what they think about the product they've received for their money and they'll all tell you that they not only got a bargain, but that they are happy with their scenery.  If you'd like, I am sure that I could scrounge up a few references who will attest both to me ability and to my approachability--I play Warhammer, as do you, I assume.  At the very least, you play miniaturized wargames.  You're my kind of people.  Moreover, this is a hard racket, and I like repeat business.  I do whatever I can, as long as it's fair and I'm not losing money, to make my customers happy.

If you have any concerns about products you have purchased or which you are hoping to purchase, you can always contact me.  I check my email regularly, and would be more than happy to communicate with you.

A few reassurances

  1. Doing business with me through Paypal means that your product is already insured to some extent.  The terms of that insurance are here.

  2. I require that all things I send be insured.  This means that if it shows up broke, you can get your money back.

  3. Every warhammer player knows at least one other warhammer player.  If I sell you junk, I lose two customers.
