Tau

What was ordered:

• Space Port

• Command Post

• 2 Hangers

• Barracks

• Wall

• 4 other structures (without interiors)

• 4 Tank Traps

• 4 Tau-esque Razor Wire Stratagems

• 2 empty ground plates

Commentary: 

Hmmm...Tau.  To be honest, I think this is officially the third thing I've ever made that I think could adequately be called Tau.  So, I guess I went big.

First of all, I think the stuff they tell you about making Tau scenery is pretty much useless.  Spackle is not going to look like pla-steel no matter how much you sand it.  But that's okay.  Part of the city looks a bit rough, but I figured that some of the Tau stuff is built for durability and is, therefore, a little less sleek.

In any case, I really tried to get energy fields and crazy glass canopies going.  I studied quite a few sites devoted to making Tau scenery and, well, to be honest, I stole from those sites gratuitously.
